In the Turkish cuisine, there are many types of food, internationally known. From Lahmacun to Kebap, the Turkish cuisine is famous all around the world.

Lahmacun: The “lahmacun” is a very popular food and it is round and is made with these materials:

 

Mince, dough, parsley, oniongreen, spice, tomato, garlic.

 

Pide: “Pide” has the same features as lahmacun but “pide” is not round and is made with different materials which are:

 

Mince, dough, parsley, green spice, onion, tomato, and garlic

 

Mantı: Mantı tastes so good ! You make it with the ingredients below and eat it with yogurt:

Mince, flour, parsley, tomato, salt and pepper

Iskender: “Iskender” is one of the most popular Turkish dishes and is made with:

 

Meat, tomato sauce, bread, yogurt, butter

 

Kebap: Kebap is a popular dish all around the world and especially in Turkey.

 

Here are the ingredients with which you make it:

 

Mince, onion, botter, garlic, spice, pepper, pepper paste.
