To introduce, every teenager needs to include sports in their life because it has a good impact on your mental health. It is not possible to have a healthy lifestyle without any physical activity.
Fencing consists of three branches: "sabre", "foil" and "épée". Fencing is a sword sports.French people found fencing and made it the first modern Olympic Games. Fencing was first held in 1896. One the only categories to be featured in every edition of all competitions.
What am I learning while fencing?
Fencing gave me great discipline, because I have a nutrition routine and my life is always planned and organised. My meal plan is generally based on vitamins and protein. Fencing is a very healthy sports for both mental and physical health. I think every teenager should play fencing because it is very necessary for physical development. In my opinion, fencing is very fun and amusing. I would recommend to all teenagers to opt for "sabre" rather than "foil" or "épée" because it usually makes them hunch back.
